High Surface Area Pleated Micro-Fiberglass Cartridges for Critical Processes

The ACCU-CLEAR pleated cartridge line has been developed to meet the process needs and throughput requirements of the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, electronics, chemical, and other critical industries. This high performance range of filter cartridges are constructed of pleated micro-fiberglass filter medium laminated to a non-woven polyester support. The uniform pore structure of the filter medium provides consistent absolute removal of particles from 0.6 to 40 µm. The high surface area of ACCU-CLEAR filters ensure long life cycles and low initial pressure drops.

Cartridge hardware components are constructed of high purity polypropylene materials that can be safely used in critical process applications. ACCU-CLEAR cartridges are constructed and assembled in a clean room environment to minimize the possibility of contamination. ACCU-CLEAR Series cartridges are available in a wide range of configurations to fit most commercially available filter housings.
